Plans and delivers nutrition programmes and public campaigns through communities island-wide — including maternal and child nutrition, growth monitoring, micronutrient supplementation and National Nutrition Month.
Strengthens clinical nutrition services in hospitals and leads the nutrition response during emergencies and disasters, ensuring vulnerable groups are protected when they need it most.
Coordinates multi-sector nutrition planning at district level, supporting district teams to develop and monitor local nutrition action plans aligned to national priorities.
Runs nutrition surveillance, manages data and produces the statistics and evidence that underpin policy, planning and programme decisions across the Division.
