Elderly Nutrition

The “Guide on Nutrition for the Community Dwelling Older Persons and Care givers” , the “National Nutrition Quality Standards for Residential Care” and the “Guidelines for Implementation of National Nutrition Quality Standards for Residential Care for Oder People” are three publications formulated by the Nutrition Division of Ministry of Health to enhance the quality of living standards of the ever increasing aging population in Sri Lanka, mainly focusing on their nutrition and wellbeing. These publications will be launched  to reach all stakeholders involved in elderly care to provide comprehensive and rational nutrition care.
